How Oasis Prolactation Tea got started?
Hello my name is Emma, and I have a good friend named, Tara, who was suffering from low breast milk production. I saw her and her baby, suffer and struggle to figure out what to do. Education wise, they knew breastfeeding was best for their baby (Oasis), but for some reason her breast milk supply never came in.
Why am I getting involved? Because I've used it myself and so have many other low milk supply mothers who needed help breastfeeding... and it works…they have developed a product that is truly working. This product has to be promoted. And we need to get the word out that even if women are doing everything right, some women just can't make enough milk.
We just came back from visiting them recently, and Tara and Oasis are still breastfeeding at 28 months! Wow! Isn't that amazing? So mothers with low milk supply, whatever the reason, this is a tea that can increase your breast milk supply, it’s called the "Oasis Prolactation Tea", and start having a great breastfeeding experience. Hello Tara.
I too noticed your name on the return address label and not only that but, my husband and I moved to Wisconsin 2 yrs ago from Boca Raton and I see you are located in WPB…small world, huh? As far as my experience with the tea…I think it's great, I would not still be nursing had it not come along and rescued us! My daughter, Emma (5.5 mos.) is rather impatient when it comes to food, she nurses only as long as the milk is flowing fast and then off to something else.
Needless, to say the lack of stimulation didn't do my production any favors. After it took a nose-dive (around 3mos.), I couldn't seem to get it back no matter how often I tried to breast feed or pump. So, after coming to a point of tears (several times) I was doing some research and came across your product and decided that it was worth one last try to keep the breast feeding going. I believe it only took 2-3 servings until I noticed a huge difference! Emma went from nursing every 2-2.5 hrs to nursing only every 3-4. Not only did her amount of time between feedings change, but so did her attitude towards nursing. It had gotten to the point where all you would have to do was position her in my lap for a feeding and she would begin to fuss. I could go on and on, but I won't;). Thanks so much, I would have been done months ago without the ProLactation Tea!...
Thanks again!

Ps- It seems strange to open and close a letter with the same name!

I just wanted to personally thank whoever is responsible for selling this tea. I wasn't able to breast feed my son and it broke my heart. When I had my daughter a few months ago I saw that I was having problems again and desperately searched the internet for anything that could help. I finally found your web sight and decided to give it a shot.
Your tea has worked wonders for me. Since I wasn't able to nurse my 1st baby I appreciate being able to now 10 times more. 6 weeks after I had my daughter I was hit with severe post partom anxiety and put on zoloft. Until the zoloft start working being able to nurse is all that kept me going.
I'm so, so grateful to you for your tea. I've been able to strictly nurse for 6 months now and I still just sit, hold my daughters tiny hand, and enjoy the closeness every time I nurse her. Thank you so much! Please feel free to post this up or let other mothers contact me. I want every mother to have what you've given me and my daughter. Thanks again!!
Sincerely, April

BREASTFEEDING – STARTING OUT RIGHT
Written by Jack Newman, MD, FRCPC. © 2005
Breastfeeding is the natural, physiologic way of feeding infants and young children, and human milk is the milk made specifically for human infants. Formulas made from cow’s milk or soybeans (most formulas, even “designer formulas”) are only superficially similar, and advertising which states otherwise is misleading. Breastfeeding should be easy and trouble free for most mothers. A good start helps to assure breastfeeding is a happy experience for both mother and baby. Read Full Article "Breastfeeding"
YOU SHOULD CONTINUE BREASTFEEDING
(Drugs and Breastfeeding)
Written by Jack Newman, MD, FRCPC. © 2005
Over the years, far too many women have been wrongly told they had to stop breastfeeding. The decision about continuing breastfeeding when the mother takes a drug, for example, is far more involved than whether the baby will get any in the milk. It also involves taking into consideration the risks of not breastfeeding, for the mother, the baby and the family, as well as society. And there are plenty of risks in not breastfeeding, so the question essentially boils down to: Does the addition of a small amount of medication to the mother’s milk make breastfeeding more hazardous than formula feeding? The answer is almost never. Breastfeeding with a little drug in the milk is almost always safer. In other words, being careful means continuing breastfeeding, not stopping. HOW BREASTMILK PROTECTS NEWBORNS

Some of the Molecules and Cells in Human Milk Actively Help Infants Stave Off Infection
Doctors have long known that infants who are breast-fed contract fewer infections than do those who are given formula. Until fairly recently, most physicians presumed that breast-fed children fared better simply because milk supplied directly from the breast is free of bacteria. Formula, which must often be mixed with water and placed in bottles, can become contaminated easily. Yet even infants who receive sterilized formula suffer from more meningitis and infection of the gut, ear, respiratory tract and urinary tract than do breast-fed youngsters. IS MY BABY GETTING ENOUGH MILK? - Increase Breastmilk
Written by Jack Newman, MD, FRCPC. © 2005
Breastfeeding mothers frequently ask how to know their babies are getting enough milk. The breast is not the bottle, and it is not possible to hold the breast up to the light to see how many ounces or milliliters of milk the baby drank. Our number obsessed society makes it difficult for some mothers to accept not seeing exactly how much milk the baby receives. However, there are ways of knowing that the baby is getting enough. In the long run, weight gain is the best indication whether the baby is getting enough, but rules about weight gain appropriate for bottle fed babies may not be appropriate for breastfed babies.
